We work hard to get your curriculum to you in pristine, dance-with-delight condition! But some packaging is designed to catch your eye in stores, not survive epic cross-country travels. Your items’ boxes might pick up a few cosmetic scuffs along the way. If everything inside still works perfectly, enjoy the character! But if damage prevents you from using the product, contact us within 14 days—we’ll make it right.

When Will My Package Ship?

The moment we get your order, we leap into action! Our warehouse crew starts bright and early, packing your goodies with care. Most orders hit the road within one to three business days.
If we have your email, we’ll shoot you a tracking number as soon as your order ships—because waiting is hard without updates!
Got backordered items? No worries! We’ll bundle all of them together and ship them in one happy batch (our pick of shipping method may vary from your original choice).

When Will My Order Arrive?

It all depends on where you live and how you ship your order! Here’s a quick rundown:

Flat Rate Economy Shipping—We pick the carrier and method. Expect delivery in 7–14 days after it ships.
Free Ground Shipping (Select products only)—Also 7–14 days after it ships—good things come to those who wait!
USPS Standard Post—7–14 days in the continental U.S. (Farther out? Give it up to 30 days—island life moves slower!)
USPS Priority Mail—Speedy! You can usually expect it in 2–3 business days after shipping.
UPS Ground Flat Rate—Prioritized shipping magic—usually 3–5 business days after shipping.
UPS 2-Day or 3-Day—Super fast! Guaranteed delivery in 2 or 3 business days (after it ships).
USPS Priority Mail International—Adventure time! Delivery usually takes 7–21 business days, depending on your destination.

Delivery times can vary a bit. Some special items may ship directly from the manufacturer to get to you faster—and they might come via a different carrier.

Digital Products—No box? No shipping!

Ordering digital-only products? Great news—there’s no shipping fee at all!

Just a heads-up: if you add a free physical gift to a digital order, that will trigger shipping charges. But if your cart includes only digital items, you’ll skip the box and the shipping costs entirely.

Send us your prepaid order, and we’ll get it ready to roll!

Keep in mind:

We can’t offer Flat Rate Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, military, or international addresses.
UPS and USPS sometimes experience delays, so we can’t guarantee exact delivery dates. Thanks for being patient!

USPS Priority Postal

Need your order zoomed to you? Priority Mail ships to any U.S. address with a zip code, including all 50 states and overseas military addresses! We calculate shipping based on your zip code, country, and product weight.

Heads up: USPS is speedy, but with high volumes (especially around the holidays), delays can happen.

UPS Ground Flat Rate

Pick UPS Ground and we’ll roll your order out to any street address in the lower 48 states—no P.O. boxes, please!

Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after your order ships. Quick tip: The day it ships doesn’t count, and neither do Saturdays or Sundays. Delays sometimes pop up during busy seasons, but we’re rooting for a speedy delivery!

UPS 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select

Need it faster? Choose UPS 2nd Day or 3 Day Select at checkout! UPS guarantees delivery within 2 or 3 business days after your order ships. Example: Ship on Monday ➔ Arrive by Thursday! (Remember, shipping days are Monday–Friday, not weekends.)

Priority Mail International

Got an address outside the U.S.? We’ve got you covered! We ship all international orders via Priority Mail International. We crunch the numbers based on your order’s weight, your destination, and postal rates to get you the best shipping cost we can.

A few things to know:

We ship complete orders only. If something is out of stock, we’ll either hold your package until it’s ready or check if you want to swap or cancel.
Delivery times can vary depending on where you live (and how fast your local postal service moves).
Heads up: International shipping charges cover postage only. Any import duties, taxes, tariffs, and fees are extra and are the responsibility of the recipient. (We wish we could predict those, too, but every shipment can be different!)
