Need to Make a Return? No Problem!
We get it—sometimes things just don't work out. If you need to return something, we're here to help! Here's the scoop:
🕒 You have 30 days from when your order ships to send it back.
📦 Items must be new (opened shrink-wrap = okay; scribbled-on books = nope).
💵Original shipping costs aren't refundable.
🚚Heads-up on refund deductions:
- Return everything? A tiny 3% processing fee may apply.
- If your return drops your order below the free shipping threshold, we'll deduct a $14.95 shipping fee from your refund.
- Returning part of a kit? Your refund might be a little smaller.
- Refusing delivery? Carriers charge us extra—and we'll need to pass that along.
- Return it after 30 days? We might not be able to accept it or may charge a restocking fee.
Receive the wrong or damaged item?
Oh no! Let us know within 14 days, and we'll fix it fast.

Returning an Item? Here's How:
- Make sure it's in brand-new condition.
- Please include your contact info + order number (bonus points for using our handy [Return Form]).
- Pack it carefully in a sturdy box.
- Pick any shipping method you like (you'll cover the cost). For pricey items, we recommend adding insurance!
